The Kaiserschlüpfer is an innovation for women after a C-section, starting immediately after birth. It protects and cools the scar, supports your belly, and gives you a sense of well-being and security right after giving birth.

How does it work? A pocket is built into the briefs to hold a reusable cooling pad, hidden from view. Simply slip the gel pad into the pocket after putting on the briefs. It prevents friction and pressure from the waistband on the C-section incision and cools the area. With no bulky side seams and an extra-high waistband, the Kaiserschlüpfer feels comfortable to wear.

The high support waistband holds your belly in place without pressing down on the fresh scar. This means the Kaiserschlüpfer relieves pressure on the scar from both above and the front.

You can wear the briefs right after giving birth, but you decide when they feel comfortable for you. The Kaiserschlüpfer was developed by Julia, a mom who gave birth by C-section, and Daniela, a midwife with many years of experience. They know exactly what’s good for you after giving birth. We recommend at least two cooling pads per pair of briefs, so one pad can always be cooling while the other is in use. One cooling pad is included with each pair of briefs.

Combined with BellaBambi® SENSITIVE in original (Ø 3.4 cm) and mini (Ø 2 cm) sizes, women can enjoy a gentle Cupping massage designed especially for sensitive skin and delicate areas of the body. The gentle intensity and flexible silicone ensure a soothing application that stimulates circulation and lymph flow while relieving tension in targeted areas. The handy cups made of biocompatible silicone in SENSITIVE intensity are easy to use and allow targeted application directly on the abdomen or other sensitive areas.
